Privacy

How I handle data collected by the contact form, analytics, and the technical language cookie.

Who handles your data

I'm the data controller: Fabrizio D'Urso. Write to fabrizio@fabdurso.com for anything about this page or your data.

What I collect, and why

If you write through the contact form, I collect your name, email and the message you send. I use it for one thing: replying to you. I don't use it for anything else, I don't sell it, and I don't pass it to anyone beyond what's strictly needed to get it to me.

Sending the form goes through Resend, a service I use only for the technical delivery of the email — it doesn't read or store the content beyond what's needed to get it to my inbox. Their privacy policy is at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Traffic analysis

I use Umami, self-hosted on my own server. No cookies, no identifying you, no following you across sites. It counts how many people visit the site and which pages they read, aggregated and anonymous. There's nothing to consent to because there's nothing that identifies you.

Cookies

The site uses one technical cookie, which remembers the language you last viewed it in. It doesn't require consent because it's strictly necessary for the site to work and tracks nothing else.

Your rights

You can ask me anytime what data I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Just email fabrizio@fabdurso.com — I reply myself, not an automated form.
